1. Non-Refundable Tuition Payments

2. Cancellation of Tuition Payments
Students have the flexibility to cancel their tuition payments at any time. Cancellation can be easily done through two avenues for your convenience:
Directly on the Student Portal: Log in to your student account on the WCBCS portal, where you can manage and cancel your tuition payments.
By Contacting WCBCS: If you prefer, you can also cancel your tuition payment by reaching out to us directly at info@westcoastbible.org or through any contact method provided on our official website.
3. Credit Card Information Security
WCBCS does not retain possession of a student's credit card information. All payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring your financial data is protected and never held by WCBCS. This practice is part of our commitment to your privacy and security.
4. Refund Requests for Non-Tuition Payments
While tuition payments are non-refundable, there may be other transactions for which a refund could be considered. If you have made a payment to WCBCS for anything other than tuition and believe you are entitled to a refund, we require that such requests be made in writing prior to any disputes or contact with Stripe or any other entities.
