TRANSFER STUDENT POLICY AND DISCLOSURE (view FULL .pdf policy)
WCBCS does accept transfer students, transferring in a maximum of 90 hours (Bachelor), 15 hours (Master), or 6 hours (Doctoral) from regionally and nationally accredited institutions, as well as non-accredited on a case-by-case basis.
Students transferring in hours will receive an assessment completed to determine which classes must be taken for graduation and therefore must have an official copy of a transcript from your previous school(s). Students may not complete more than one class before their official transcript is on file. Also, no transcript will be assessed until a student has applied to WCBCS.
IMPORTANT: Any transfer credits from WCBCS will be determined by the receiving institution.
